Ironic, isn't it? Obamacare was meant to help the poor. Obama does not care for the poor. An abyssmal failure.

Wait, I thought the Democrat talking point was that rich people were so rich they didn't bother buying health insurance. 

I wonder what could have possibly happened to change that.
