La Lioness Priyanka (48,885 posts)
I've lived in NYC for almost 20 years and have never really been scared of the city
However, a few years ago an article was published about Neo-Nazis in my neighborhood (eastern European hood), and I was a bit wary. Now, with Trump et al. turning up the volume of Islamaphobia, I am actually pretty scared of being in deserted parts of my Brooklyn neighborhood by myself.
I am not Muslim and I don't wear a Hijab, but if I am scared, I really don't know how women in the Hijab or those who are actually Muslim deal with this.
Whipping up this kind of frenzy is not funny. It really is not.
:whatever:
You would be better off being scared of the cockroaches likely infesting the garbage strewn in your apartment scrunt. :puke:

3. just take care. I was afraid to live in America from 2000-2008. I know
what you feel. I hope if I see someone getting taunted for their hajib or whatever that I have the nerve to get up and go stand next to them and say, "Don't worry. I will protect you against these terrorists." I have actually practiced saying that in my head.

What sensitive flowers. Can you imagine how difficult their lives would be if there weren't warning labels on every consumer product?

She's in more danger from the diseases growing in the squalor of her hovel than from even Islamic terrorists, let alone the right wing terrorists she's made up in her mind.
And I am confused as to (a) what parts of Brooklyn are "deserted," and (b) why she would be there in the first place, when she should be at home cleaning up the place.

5. I've also been here about 20 years - just yesterday,
I was speaking with a native, a young mother - lily white in all ways - who was lamenting the prospect of exposing her daughter to the open drug abuse that is becoming common in association with the hipsterization of the area, to say nothing of nearby buildings (and public parks) that - in summer - are becoming nudist colonies.
Despite these worries, she stated that she is resisting moving to the suburbs because she didn't want her child growing up ignorant of racial and cultural diversity.
So Trump can bellow all he wants; many, including myself, will civilly resist racism and bigotry.
Typical leftist mother of the year. :mental:

So she prefers drugged out, naked hippie liberals to normal people? Sounds about DUmmy to me.

That bouncy sucked worse than Mostly Gay Randy, who plans to get better with practice.

Actually it is. It takes nothing to make you special snowflakes on the left cringe in the dark in your mommies' basements, clutching your bongs, Communist Manifestos and obozo pictures.
I am amazed you can even go out the door -- and many of you don't since we note the #1 "disability" is panic disorder, followed by chronic fatigue syndrome.

And sammiches for the homeless.

If you have to practice saying that in your head, you are incapable of defending yourself, much less someone else, from any sort of terroristic activity.

Allowing yourself to be saved by a liberal is like resigning yourself to be an example to someone else. **** that noise. I don't want to be the cause of some ****ing "soaring speech" by 0bama. I want him to be ashamed to mention me, because I took out as many of the ****ers as I could before I went down.

So La Lioness Priyanka is threatened by Trump's rise in the polls. She afraid to be alone.
someone she disagrees with is popular....Oh no!
apart from this being a pathetic display,
WHAT ARE YOU GONNA DO ABOUT IT, B!TCH?
You are gonna do NUTHIN. That's what.
You are NOT going to stop free speech or free press.
You are NOT going to outlaw opposing political parties.
All you are gonna do is soil your diapers and cry like a baby. You disgust me.
If mere disagreement is all it takes you make you whimper, curling in a fetal position, then please DIE. You are far to fragile to exist in a real world.
La Lioness Priyanka, you are a worm.
-
The only thing that La Lioness Priyanka should be afraid of are Muslims who think she is a Muslim and then realize she is a lesbian & married to a woman.
Trump & his supporters aren't going to toss her off of a roof for the 'crime of gayness while Musliming'.

Has anyone "over there" informed LLP that the correct word is "hijab"? In some languages that sort of Spoonerism can result in a very unpleasant different word.

Ahhh, I remember, now. ::) Yeah, slink around your nearest mooselimb enclave in the bunny costume and count your remaining time on earf in seconds, after you are raped repeatedly by military-aged male refugees, of course.

As well you should practice it, because there is no way you could say it with a straight face.
