Well I gotta say it. After seeing people desperate to live
in my town in somewhat depressing conditions, now the National Action Network moved to the next step, commercial properties.
Tenant justice is usually not in the high priority of most people in this country. I also must say, thank god tomorrow is Christmas, and the day after tomorrow a very slow day. I need a break.
In case some of you do not realize this, the NAN is one of the fastest growing civil rights organizations. They look to all aspects of social justice, not just police brutality. Our locals will get chartered early in 2016. not that you would know this right now. Once they get officially chartered... I expect them to be extremely active.

2. Tomorrow is not Christmas. It's Christmas Eve. nt

3. Yup tomorrow is dec 24, christmas eve,
where I grew up tomorrow is MORE important the 25th
From the linked article, "They were hooping to open the place on December 25, the day after Christmas, after some years of getting ready.".
Yup, our intrepid investigative reporter has discovered that Christmas is actually on the 24th of December and no doubt the PTB, MIC, BFEE, Masons, etc. have been covering it up all these years.

5. Can you confirm the name of the landlord?
The name, as it's spelled in the article, doesn't seem to exist.

6. You mean this
Berdeski Family Trust 05-01-0
Which was sold from one relative to the other, or transferred in 2006 per public records
I know you love to play those shitty games, here is more for you
Parcel ID 591-252-26-0
Map number PM01417
And I do not think we need to give you the address for the family trust, never mind they are part of the public records.
They paid taxes last on Jan, of 2015 by the way.
Your games are kind of annoying and infantile to be honest.

7. Ah! That helps.
It's spelled Phillip Berdesky in the article, but "Berdeski" in this post. Thanks!
nadinbrzezinski (142,329 posts)
8. Cause the person we interviewed talked to Phillip, not the family trust
believe it or not, family trusts are not people either.
Brickbat (18,088 posts)
9. I'm not sure what you mean by that, but that's OK.
I was just trying to see if there was more information about Phillip Berdesky, and there wasn't, until I spelled his name correctly.
Is this the property at 4014 Bonita Road? When did the fire marshal shut it down?
nadinbrzezinski (142,329 posts)
10. The property should reopen for business if all issues are solved
given a few media showed up and the Mayor is involved, you tell me the odds.
As I said, I have no idea why you play these shifty games. but I guess they keep you happy. As far as I am concerned. you are just playing games. Have fun playing them. Have a good evening and happy holidays. Free clue, this is not about me. And back to not paying attention to your games you go.
Accurate reporting is now know as "shifty".

What a ridiculously insane person.
She doesn't appear to know that the National Action Network is Al Sharpton's organization.
-
I love when she doubles down on her totally ridiculous errors. Watching her huff and puff over "facts" that she's screwed up is simply hilarious.

So what about the Tenant? Miller told Reporting San Diego that he rented the property in 2010 in good faith. He added, “I paid him $12,700 dollar with 80 cents to start working in the building.â€
Miller added that when he started working on the building, and cleaning it up, the fire marshal shut him down. Miller talked to the owner of the property, Phillip Berdeski. The owner said that Berdeski said “he was going to fix everything on the roof. Everything was supposed to be fixed. But he never do anything.â€
That Pulitzer is only 24 business hours away Nads. :lmao:

Incomprehensible and inaccurate? Yep, it's nads.
Snaps back defensively when inaccuracies are pointed out? Yep, it's nads.
Her beloved NAN "is one of the fastest growing civil rights organizations"? Well, growing from 2 people to 6 people in a year is 100% annual growth. Wowzers! 200% annual growth! When NAN's membership - whatever it actually is - is a significant number, then talk about "fastest growing". Until then it's just a minor gadfly infestation.
As cities like NYC, SF, and Berserkeley have proven for decades, rent control and other screw-landlords ordinances and regs have predictable outcomes: housing shortages generally; low-cost housing becomes particularly scarce; housing stock disrepair, especially at the low-profit (or loss-prone) low end; decent owners are driven out of the market; operators who don't repair properties and scam renters proliferate. I wonder how far down that road San Diego has trod. San Diego used to be somewhat conservative - all those active duty and retired Navy people - but they've had some pretty liberal governance in past decade or two, judging by the kinds of mayors they've elected.

That hurt. :banghead:

Where I grew up, that has nothing to do with the error you made that was pointed out to you.

I suspect Nadin could be banned by 2016.

And this, in a nutshell, is why I find it impossible to argue, or discuss civilly, issues with liberals. No matter how incorrect they may be on facts and no matter how many times you point that out, using facts and logic, they will dig in their heels and insist they are not wrong and will defend their argument times two.
Obama
Clinton
Sanders
Point out what's wrong with those three, factually, and they will defend their argument as if their life depended on it.

You can't move them off of their position with a D-11 Caterpillar bulldozer.

I didn't see any reason for her to take that attitude with Brickbat and pick a fight. She's a belligerant kind of insane.
