Triple suicide bombings in Chad kill at least 27 people, police say

Islamists like ISIS and Boko Haram are a serious threat worldwide.

Other than, possibly, having a more or less functioning government, what has Chad done to earn Boko Haram's ire?

And when BHO came back from the golf course to be briefed on this, did the people doing the briefing have to tell BHO in which continent Chad is located?

When informed about Chad, Obama said he thought a black man named Chad was left hanging in Florida by George W. Bush.

According to Wiki, Chad is 55 percent Muslim, but mainly a Sufi Muslim country (ostensibly, moderate).  Roman Catholics are the next largest religious group.  The southern past of Chad supposedly has a billion barrels of oil reserves, as well.
