I keep reading that ISIS and AQ are financed to a greater or lesser degree through the sale of oil from fields under its control. It would seem that shutting off the revenue from oil sales would be a fairly easy thing to accomplish.

With hundreds of large direct purchasers, tens of thousands of small direct purchasers, and God knows how many middlemen? Easy as, well, never mind.

Hit 'em at the sources - wells, refineries, pipelines, and other transport.

Increase fracking, approve Keystone, stop shutting down coal burning power plants (basically reverse Obama's energy policies for the last 6 years) will go a long way to hurt ISIS/AQ...and Russia, Venezuela and Iran.

It took Obama over 18 months to finally target some of their tanker trucks, but that was only after France started bombing the shit out of them.  Obama's goals are not America's goals when it comes to fighting ISIS or any Islamic terrorists.

And you can bet the French are not dropping leaflets, printed in Arabic, warning the drivers of those trucks that they're about to be hit like we are.
