Hillary is Microsoft, Bernie is Apple. Discuss.
It's the classic matchup between the dominant but clunky status-quo product that everyone buys because, well, everyone just buys it, and the innovative new game-changer product that people don't initially buy because nobody else is buying it - yet.
But given time, look what happens...

Wrong DUmmy. Cankles is the Edsel and the liver spotted old socialist fool from Vermont is a horse and buggy. They are both a couple of ancient obsolete relics.

4. Clinton is Apple (overpriced, corporate controlled content); Sanders is Android (appeals to the 99%)
It comes off as desperate and grasping to apply modern high tech analogies to these stone age fossils.

10. I like where Bernie's ideas eventually lead us.
Right off the wiki page for market socialism.
A socialist form of organisation would eliminate controlling hierarchies so that only a hierarchy based on technical knowledge in the workplace remains. Every member would have decision-making power in the firm and would be able to participate in establishing its overall policy objectives.
Bullshit. A hierarchy based on layabout DUmmies sitting on their dead asses while the rich foot the bill is more like it.

Edsels are at least collectible. If one buried her thighness for 3000 years, then dug her up perfectly preserved, nobody would want her. The most one could hope for would be an anonymous thank you note written on circa 1990s presidential stationary.
Just sayin. :whistling:

Madam Stumpy is more like an abacus missing half its beads, and bernie is more like a counting board missing half its marbles.
I'm a PC, but I'm not a PC PC.

From the doorknobs who never recognize a consequence even after it, inevitably, occurs.

Uh huh..... I notice your goD!!! government isn't mentioned in that.

Agreed.
Although in so many cases libs want consequences divorced from actions.

Instead of an Edsel, I'd go with an Opel.
But yeah, between Billary and bern-out, I have no reason to want to own either one of them.

Hmmm, so Hitlery is a wholly-owned product of billionaire Democrat donors that just keeps getting more and more difficult, cranky, and out of touch, while Bernie is wildly popular with a much smaller number of irrational, fanatic, and rabid supporters but in reality ridiculously overrated? I can kinda see that.

Welcome to the Land of "Whatever". Maybe these DU-folk haven't noticed, but their computers aren't Apple's flagship product, and haven't been for quite a few years. For a time the flagship was the iPod and iTunes, then it became the iPhone, with a brief intrusion by the iPad.
Bernie's like an Apple Lisa, and Tsaritsa CHILL's like an Apple IIGS (or maybe an Apple III).

Here is a typical Bernie Bully, nee, Progressive tactic: Define things the way you want them to be perceived and then have people discuss the issue using the Progressive definition.
If this Bernie Bully where being honest he might ask: In terms of those old Apple commercials, do you see Hillary and Bernie as Apple Versus Mac? Or is it just a stupid pointless analogy that I wouldn't even bring up if I didn't want to try and convince you stupid HillaryBots that and old white guy like Bernie is actually a hip, 1990s-era grunge guy?
Sorry, I tried to frame it as a 'fair question' but it is just too stupid a question to do anything but point and laugh at as a failed example of typical DUmmie rhetoric.

They are both buggy whips. End of story.

Then they should be a big hit in Amish country.

I don't think an Opel represents either candidate well. It was an Opel Cadet that got Richard Hammond across Africa without problems in the Top Gear Africa special. I'd go with the Reliant Robin instead.

One of the best Top Gear episodes ever!

I see Hillary more as Enron and Bernie as a soup kitchen.

How about Bernie as Global Crossing.
It fits because hardcore libs like Terry Mcawful were able to defraud investors on it's bankruptcy.
It also fits because Bernie crossed the globe to honeymoon in Soviet Russia.

hitlery is an apple, rotten to the core and with a worm inside.
bernie is a prune - shriveled, wrinkled, causes diarrhea, disliked by most but with a small number of people who like it intensely.

H-5! Great, apt, analogies!

no no no... you guys aren't in the right country... one is a trabant and the other is a lada. Different names, but still communist to the bitter end.
-
Opels were moderately well built German cars sold by their General Motors European division.
I would compare the two to any Soviet bloc-produced vehicle during the 1970s and 80s... most likely a Trabant or Wartburg.

I really miss the DU of old. Someone said the exact same thing way back when, the subject was different of course, and all the dummies got their panties in a wad because they thought the OP was condescending to them like a HS teacher.
I hope they all come over here, see this and realize they are being talked down to by the reformist dummie.
