The Republican Party is showing it's true colors.
The Repukes are really showing their colors, Nazi. Did anyone else catch what Jeb Bush response was when asked how they would know who is Christian? "Oh, we'll know who is Christian." The CONservatives will take this country down a dark road if they get in ANY power. So no matter what different opinions we have right now, we all must stick together and vote Democrat! If we don't, our country is lost.
A few primitive comments, but nothing especially cerebral.

Thank you all for your kind words in my interview thread. I have more good news.
The guy who interviewed me called me today to see if I could do a pre-employment drug screen and D.O.T. physical. Pending the results, I think I'll get a job offer. Employers don't usually spend that kind of money on you unless they want to hire you.
I did the physical and everything was okay. I have a letter saying that, in the doctor's opinion, I am fit enough to handle the work to go along with my certification. It's a pretty physical job. I won't be suffering from a lack of exercise. The drug test results will be okay, too, although they don't know that yet.
I appreciate everyone's support. You all are very kind.

The Lounge crowd's been sparse on any items of interest lately, given the gradual evaporation of CaliforniaPeggy, who's phasing herself out.
But thunderthighs, the fizzgig primitive, recently went to New York--a trip paid for by her father--to collect on her inheritance from her paternal grandfather. One imagines flubby hubby's going to take care of it in short order.

I've often wondered why the word "caught", is used in reference to disease.
It implies that one is actively seeking/chasing an item.
With the Tucson Tart, it would be like receiving a special little gift.
