Clintonistas starting to gloat over Hillary's superdelegate lead!
http://www.democraticunderground.com/10141245359
Quote from the Bloomberg article:
Based on a memo from campaign manager Robby Mook and delegate figures provided by the Democratic National Committee, Bloomberg Politics estimates Hillary Clinton has well over 500 superdelegate commitments, putting her even closer to securing the minimum number needed to win the party's nomination before ordinary voters cast a single ballot in a caucus or primary.
“Today, Hillary has more support from superdelegates than all the pledged delegates awarded in Iowa, New Hampshire, Nevada, South Carolina, and a third of delegates awarded on Super Tuesday combined,†Mook said in the memo, which was sent to supporters on Tuesday and obtained by Bloomberg. (Politico reported on the memo earlier Wednesday.)
That confirms my suspicion that the Clintons, and the Clintonistas HILLtrolls on DU, are willing to say: "to Hell with democracy! We want a coronation!"
If Bernie goes into the convention with a strong lead, and Hillary turns it around with the superdelegates, we are going to lose a lot of the formerly disillusioned young people that Bernie brought back into the system.

1. To hell with it indeed!
Never forget.

Yeah, if Hillary wins nomination because of this superdelegate business alone... I'll just think, "Well, the electoral college decides the general and the superdelegates decide the primary. **** MY VOTE."
retro is the special fruit-loop who at 27 has never voted before...

6. Everyday I'm considering it.
I've never voted before...
Why would I want my first vote to be for the one that DIDN'T inspire me to vote for the first time in my life?
Bernie gave me hope and passion, and I wonder, even if it doesn't go his way, should I give him the vote he inspired me with to begin with?
doubt you vote this time.

2. Just a suggestion, I am on record on DU as supporting Bernie, but I object to the use of the term "Clintonista". We should never lower ourselves to using Rush Limbaugh's vernacular.
And yes, they may call us names, but I would hope we were better than that.
I agree. That's why I use HILLtroll. In the spirit of derisiveness... I alerted on it.

19. So much for this DLC infested "Democratic" party believing in a *democratic* process anymore!
If they want voters to feel like they are being honest with them, perhaps DWS should work with the DNC to get the party's name changed to something different that isn't a false label any more!
Party of the people? Where is it today?
What you ****ing idiots fail to realize is the DNC doesn't get a flying shit about you or your 'wants'. You will vote for the Hill and take your free shit and shut the **** up about your 'freedoms'.

Dear Lurking DUmmies -
Thank you for the endless entertainment.

I may be wrong but still think many of the democrat insiders will be doing anything they can to find another candidate.

I still think Slow Joe left himself open to being drafted.
-
Lest any of you harbor a smidgen of doubt; I hate the democrats and those likewise affiliated.
Having made that necessary disclaimer: far, far better that I pull the lever for the Burning in Behar's moist panties Bernie Sanders than that criminal whore for anyone with ten cents to hire her, Hitlery.
Make no mistake, given the MSM preferences, those would be my paltry choices for president.

I am thinking that too. Could be Joe Biden or even Martin O'Malley.

So do I.

The system is a abattoir. The disillusioned young people should run as far and as fast from Bernie or Hillary as swiftly as their fleet feet will carry them.

Nothing says "democratic" like having party members in good standing picking the party's top comrade.

Bernie gave me hope and passion,
He's too good for us, mama. :bawl:

I have never seen such polarity at DU. Anti-Clinton sentiment is very strong at DU. It has gotten much stronger since Barack Obama became President.

That still cracks me up. :lmao:
