hillary already has it so she is ok. just heard on shep smith that trump has "big crowd rallies" and is vulnerable. hellooooooo!! anyone been to a sanders rally lately?

Bernie doesn't need protection from the crazy left, they're his supporters.
Trump has had lefties and illegal immigrants causing trouble and fights at his rallies.
Ben Carson has had verifiable death threats from the crazy racists on the left.

The threats to Trump and Carson come from Bernie's core supporters.
The more the MSM attacks our front runners, the more I know they're in the tank for someone, anyone, who will stroke their massive (imaginary) cocks and flatter them with more pablum. I believe the MSM bears more responsibility for the decline of our nation even than the politicians at this point.

From what I've read, some of the threats have been from terror groups, and more general (i.e. not a specific candidate). So I think secret Service protection for Sanders would be appropriate.
DU-folk and Progs should be raising a stink with the Secret Service's boss ... Barrack Hussein Obama!

That's because IIRC he's considered part of the Democrat Senate "leadership" therefore he gets 24/7 protection already.

That was my figuring - I believed Sanders already had someone keeping watch because of his position within the Senate. Carson & Trump are both 'noobs'.
