Penn files $10 mil lawsuit against 'Empire' creator.....
Sean Penn has filed a $10 million defamation lawsuit against Empire creator Lee Daniels.
The complaint, filed Tuesday in New York Supreme Court, asserts that in Daniels' recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Penn was falsely accused of hitting women when compared to Empire star Terrence Howard.
(Howard) ain't done nothing different than Marlon Brando or Sean Penn, and all of a sudden he's some (expletive) demon," Daniels told THR in reference to to Howard's legal troubles, which include a lawsuit filed this summer by his ex-wife Michelle Howard, who alleges Howard beat her in 2013. "That's a sign of the time, of race, of where we are right now in America."
In the complaint, Penn states he will "no longer tolerate" allegations of past violence against women. (The actor's Wikipedia page has long been a thorn in the Penn's side, repeating allegations he abused his ex-wife, Madonna.)

1. Men beat Women, all the time. I dont know if Penn or Howard are guilty. (So if you know men beat women, but you don't know if THEY beat women, I wonder who you're talking about?)
What I do know is men beat Women, all the time. (As does your wife, I now imagine. God knows you fly into a rage on DU, so you probably take it out on her. She's white...you have good reason to hate her as it is.)
It has to stop, no matter what.(Said your parole officer.)
We need more Women in positions of power handing down harsher penalties when men beat Women.(Well now it sounds like you panicked as she was plowing you with the strapon)
Putting your hand on a Woman in violence is terrible.(Almost as bad as putting your hand IN a woman in violence, huh?)
Now if you are a small, weenie man and the Woman is big and tough and can kick your ass and she puts her hand on you, then maybe.(In other words, she shamed you and you're pissed.)
But that is one in one hundred thousand, isnt it. (Your post reads like a confession to me, you asshole.)

What I do know is men beat Women, all the time.
It has to stop, no matter what.

So the idea of Proglodytes beating their wives and molesting children is, by their own admission, in comports perfectly with their values.

Penn is easily one of the most loathsome members of the liberal entertainment business, it's not surprising at all that he's a wife- beater.
The only good he's ever done was providing a lot of unintentional hilarity with his post- Katrina New Orleans boat debacle.
For that matter, I'm not surprised that Randy subtly admitted to being one himself. He lives in such a constant state of irrational anger and has such a consistent lack of morals, it sadly (For her) makes sense that he'd take some of his rage out on his wife/ girlfriend.
