I think the only way to prevent silencing people unfairly is to have administrators review hides once someone gets to 5...admins can knock out unfair hides...it's AS IF they were moderating.

5 good hides and your on time out.

In this way, there is no profit in alert stalking. Bad hides will not silence anyone.

Management has control without undue time consumption.

best of all,

WE ALL KNOW people on time out have had their hides objectively "appealed" and they lost on appeal.....no one is unfairly silenced.

There is a problem with the culture that needs to be addressed. We have to find a way to keep all the voices in the tent active...their silence will hurt us all.

Lowered expectations for blacks because they can't follow the rules of polite society. That seems to be a mantra of the left.
