Title: Oh FFF, Well respected university rates Obozo as fifth best.

Unfreaking believable. Texas A&M conducted a studyto rate the value of each president's
contributton to the growth and development of this country.
Each was assigned a numerical value for a wide variety of characteristics and social values.
Obuzzmeoff, was found to be our fifth greatest President.
Knock me over with a feather.
Need proof? Here's a short summary.

Personaaly, I think Carter and Obummer should be tied at SIXTH.
