Title: Tennessee judge won't grant divorce because of USSC gay marriage ruling.
Post by: JohnnyReb on September 04, 2015, 05:51:23 PM
Tennessee judge won't give couple a divorce because of gay marriage decision by U.S. Supreme court. He says if the USSC can define who can marry they will also have to define who and why people can divorce.

It's a rather long read but there are several paragraphs by the judge entertained in the article.....in a strange way he makes sense.

Didn't the gay mafia repeatedly tell us that legalizing gay marriage won't impact traditional marriage at all?

In a strange way he did make sense.  If the supreme court is going to define marriage and take that right away from the people and the states then he makes a valid point that they then should define the grounds for divorce.  I thought it was a provocative way for him to make a stand for civil disobedience.   Flood the courts with adjoining suits in the same vein and show the supremes how they have choked the system by being overbearing in their power grab.

Thank you.  Sadly, I think by the time most folks realize what is going on, it will be too late.

This is playing right into the hand of the liberal left. Now the Liberal supreme court will be not analyze law legality but they will be making law! Something they will be ecstatic about.
