If you convert those numbers to per capita, they at least triple.
But libs have a fallback they always use in such situations.
They contrive this apparatus from their expertise in slanting the playing field towards affirmative action.
They would say on a raw numbers basis that white welfare recipients far outnumber POC welfare recipients.

Just imagine if Boner and the Turtle worked his hard at being conservative.
So how are the two con artist anyway, they've been keeping a low profile since the big november con? ::)

It is actually higher. It also should be part of our "legal" immigration and work visa policy that you will not qualify for any govt assistance for the first 5 yrs. I sorta prefer you can get 6mths worth of benefits and then if cant support yourself after that point your status is revoked and you are sent home.

Don't legal immigrants have to have a sponsor to cover for their expenses before they are admitted into this Country?
