Title: Red Velvet Chocolate Chip Cookies - So Quick & Easy

1 Box Red Velvet Cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
1/2 pkg. dark chocolate chips
1 capfull vanilla extract (optional)

Preheat oven to 375.  Prepare lightly greased cookie sheet (I use butter).

Combine cake mix, eggs, oil, and vanilla.  Mix in chocolate chocolate chips. 

Form dough into 2 dozen balls and lightly press to form on cookie sheet.

Bake for 8-10 minutes.  Cookie tops will crackle.


*These are really good.  They look good too, unusual.  How many red cookies with chocolate chips are out there?
