Oh they freak out. One year after income taxes I owed the state a hefty sum of $17.00. I forgot to pay them for about a month, which was my fault but they were willing to go to court over it.

Meanwhile people like Sharpton can owe millions and that's apparent ok.

What the hell? Do other states pay out on Mega Millions tickets bought in Illinois, or would that fall under a different rule since it's a multi-state game?

I think it is for Illinois games only.

If you win the lottery, get your money up front, even if there is a penalty...
