Here is how it goes down:

N Korea lays a mine in the DMZ injuring S Korean Army patrol.
S Korea turns on loudspeakers blasting propaganda.
N Korea fires into S Korea with artillery and rockets at loud speakers.
S Korea fires back.

3. North Korea doesn't have that strong of a military does it?

I've seen videos of their marching drills, but surely they don't have that many resources or manpower to defeat a modernized country do they?

Same for Putin if Sanders wins. The former Soviet satellites nations and Eastern Europe is open season again. Why not?
