DENVER (CBS4) – The Colorado Court of Appeals has sided with a gay couple in the fight over a wedding cake saying a baker cannot cite religious beliefs in refusing service.

Lakewood baker Jack Phillips, who owns Masterpiece Cakeshop, refused to make a wedding cake for Charlie Craig and David Mullins in 2012 saying it was against his religious beliefs. The couple married in Massachusetts but planned to celebrate in Colorado.

Craig and Mullins then sued Phillips and the court found that he violated the law preventing businesses from discrimination based on sexual orientation.

What if it was a Muslim bakery? Does that apply?

Nope, because muslim=homo in the DUche mindset. So they would have to fight it to the death amongst themselves.

Why do the gays push so hard to have a baker make them a cake against their will? 

Think about it. Do you really want someone to prepare food for you if they are being forced to do so against their will?

I am reminded of a scene in Martin Scorsese ' movie  "Casino " where 2 Las Vegas Cops stop by a restaurant that is owned by the mob. The cooks in the back spit on the Cops sandwich, then bring the sandwiches out and give them to the Cops with a smile and phony platitudes about how they support Law Enforcement.

I was lulled into believing it was about legitimacy.
But I must admit I was dead wrong.
It was about superiority in the final analysis.
