Planned Parenthood video reveals possibility of babies being born alive and killed

In the fourth and most startling undercover Planned Parenthood video from the Center for Medical Progress, Dr. Savita Ginde of Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains (PPRM) admits that about 10 percent of their second trimester babies are born “intact” before the abortion procedure is done.

CMP points out that “since PPRM does not use digoxin or other feticide in its second trimester procedures, any intact deliveries before an abortion are potentially born-alive infants under federal law (1 USC 8).”

Because PPRM does not use digoxin, this would mean women who are dilated, but have not had the abortion procedure, actually go into labor and deliver—potentially a live baby.
 
Digoxin injections, inserted into the woman’s abdomen to kill her baby before delivery, replaced partial-birth abortions after they were outlawed. Operation Rescue reports that late-term abortion doctor George Tiller pioneered this method:

Oh My God!  After this, how can anyone not support defunding Planned Parenthood?
