Despite the fact that OPM literally handed over the root password to the intruders and may never have found out about it except for a potential security contractor’s accidental discovery, OPM director Katherine Archuleta says no one at her agency is responsible for what some call the Pearl Harbor of cyberwarfare.

I'm surprised they didn't blame Bush for this.

Give them a minute, I'm sure they'll get around to it.
Seriously, how can NO ONE be responsible for a security breach this massive? I'd say the DIRECTOR should be held responsible, but in this admknistrafion, that would mean she'd get promoted.

Several OPM reps including the director testified before congress.
Many of them got nearly 6 figure bonuses.
Must be nice to be incompetent like the chief executive and get drastically overcompensated for it.

Wow.. You've got to love how incompetency is rewarded under this administration. I mean seriously, if I'd done something like this, I would be fired. Must be nice to have a Union to save your worthless asses. :banghead:

No one is EVER responsible in this administration.

The only thing they are responsible for, is ensuring they still get their performance bonuses. Even when the performance was 'substandard' at BEST. Which should be considered extortion.
-
The guy who is ultimately responsible makes an outlandish claim that no one is responsible.
That seems to me to be the most obvious grounds for the person making those claims to be terminated immediately.

Hi 5, too bad it will never happen with this administration of idiots and fools.

I immediately move for the Army to follow this management model. Imagine how much more effective we'd be if "needs much improvement" blocks got you a bonus! </sarc>

Maybe she means, "No one is responsible because security breaches are Obama Administration's tacit policy."
