The problem with Colorado pot...
People come from all over to hit the pot shops in Denver, Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and other places in Colorado. They walk in and they see 75 to 100 different strains of pot and they can look and smell all of them. However, they don't always get the best pot. Some of it is mediocre. The sellers do not normally advertise their highest quality pot over the others. Many of them do not seem to know the quality of each of their strains. They simply go by the names.
There are some strains with a higher THC content than the pot sold in the Netherlands. It can go from 20-25% THC content. One toke and you are good for 5 or so hours. Two hits and you are close to an hallucination stage.
But if you just walk in off the street, you may end up with something just slightly better than Nebraska ditch weed. This is the problem. The blackmarket stuff can be better and cheaper than the stuff that is sold legally. Because of the stiff competition, some growers are attempting to specialize in one or two strains and get away from the 75-100 different stains.
Some expert we have here. :whatever:Nebraska ditch weed? Is that for you coach? :-)

"Nebraska ditch weed" is a bona fide descriptive term.
I wish all marijuana would mutate into Nebraska ditch weed, so nobody'd want it.

First world problem for a DUmbass...getting the best weed. :whatever:
Useless vermin.

How can they know so much about drugs but not know that if you only have $5 you cannot spend $10?

According to Ken Tuckunder, the "problem" with Colorado's marijuana is that there are too many choices.
That places Ken Tuckunder firmly in the Bernie Sanders camp. "We don't need 75 to 100 strains of pot, as long as one child goes to bed hungry."
He would doubtless be happier if the State allowed one strain of weed to be grown, sold, or possessed.

Hold on a minute. Wait. Here are the most important three words from that article:
The blackmarket stuff
No. Impossible. We were assured by liberals far and wide that if you legalize it and tax it that black market weed wouldn't exist. That making drugs legal would eliminate the dangerous and violent black market, currently supplied by Mexican and South American cartels. How on earth, then, is there a "black market" at all?
Could the liberals have been...wrong?

The black market was the natural result of Colorado's two-tier legalization and taxation scheme.
Recreational marijuana is taxed at a higher percentage than medical marijuana. People with medical cards can buy weed at a lower price than recreational weed, and sell it for a profit. It is reasonable to assume that many of the stoners with medical cards are also disability scammers; so they are supplementing the money they get from us, the hard working taxpayers, with black market marijuana sales.
Cartels won't make money from that black market. DUmmies won't, either, because they're too lazy to do the buying and selling.

51. I can't envision a time where I will walk into a pot store and make a purchase.
If I can't try before I buy, I'll always buy it from the little guy. I'm not going to help enrich some greedy overpriced pot dealer just because he's legal.

The not a DUmb blonde primitive (is there no truth in advertising anymore?) refuses to do business with Big Weed.

I just realized that I have been committing microaggressions and flinging my white privilege all over this page.
I should be using the phrase "market of color".
I hope the lurking DUmmies weren't triggered... too badly.

It's an improvement over your use of "Colored Market." We're proud of you.
