Does the fact that it's against the law to possess drugs keep people (or you) from getting them?

What about that sacred "RULE OF LAW" we are always reading about on DU concerning that famous abuser of the RULE OF LAW KKKarl Rove? 

I think DU has made it quite clear that any abuse of the RULE OF LAW should be met with strong punishment.  I wonder how they reconcile breaking the RULE OF LAW for their own selfish dangerous pleasure.

The difference is that Drugs are a "Victimless Crime"  and Karl Rove is a "Crimeless Victim"
