Mandy Cowie, 49, who is given around Â£22,000-a-year in state handouts, believes encouraging her own children to have babies means she will be supported for life.

Ms Cowie, who has used the cash to cover herself in Â£2,000 of tattoos, has lived on benefits herself for three decades and her own children have been following the same jobless path.

This really beyond the pale! It is a vicious cycle as she encourages children and grandchildren to live like her. :argh:
