MADISON, Wis. –  A white Wisconsin police officer won't face criminal charges for fatally shooting an unarmed 19-year-old biracial man who witnesses say was acting erratically and had assaulted two people, a prosecutor announced Tuesday.

Dane County District Attorney Ismael Ozanne said he won't file charges against Madison Officer Matt Kenny in the death of Tony Robinson. Kenny shot Robinson on March 6 in an apartment house near the state Capitol building.

Let the riots begin, yet again.  :whatever:

It's in Madison...how will we be able to tell if there is a riot or it's just another day of the "I hate Scott Walker" crowd?  :-)

I've been relatively unaware of this. I heard about the shooting when it first happened but it hasn't been on my mind since then.

I listened to the DA today, who would take mushrooms, pot, and xanax? What is that supposed to do for you? It's un-understandable to me. Even less understandable is to turn this tragic shooting into a high-tech lynching for the cop who administered aid right away. I doubt the officer wanted to kill anybody that night.

Then it comes back to the "Who would mix mushrooms, weed, and xanax?" How does that make any sense?

Is this the same DA's office that has been abusing their power in pursuit of Gov. Walker and people who supported him? if so, that's going to complicate the race-baiters' and progs' narrative!

[Sarcasm] Can the MSM at least say that Madison is in South Wisconsin? [/Sarcasm]

This guy is the Dane County DA. The guy going after Walker is Milwaukee's.
