So, having nothing better to do, actually this is important
I decided to look (again) at the census data for San Diego's urban core... nope, I an far from shocked at what I found. but I went, we did that for Baltimore, actually others did. I got a theory, and I think it will pan. The Urban core is purposely kept poor and in want.
Let's just say two of the zip codes, the median income is above the federal poverty level, but in San Diego you will not make it on 19K a year. It is the fourth most expensive city in the country.
These are the things that always make me go hmm.
the NADIN solves the problem of inner city poor. OK,,, not teh problem... but the cause. Sort of.
They're poor.

You can thank your dumbocrat overlords for that.

The world just isn't fair. I read masterpieces like the above sentence and can't understand why the big time papers (the ones actually printed on paper) aren't offering the nads all sorts of money to join them. Sentences like the above don't just happen by accident. They have to be carefully crafted by an expert in the art form.
Good job nadin.

Don't know (and don't want to know) from where she pulls that stat-oid, but San Diego isn't even the fourth most expensive major city in CA.
The reason the "poor" tend to be concentrated in particular areas rather than evenly mixed throughout the entire city is that they live where housing is least expensive. Though some intrusive city councils are trying to strong-arm it, developers don't usually mix Section 8 apartment complexes in with 5000-20000 square foot McMansions.
No one but themselves and their friends keep a poor person from getting an education.
No one but themselves and their friends keep a poor person from getting an entry-level job.
No one but themselves and their friends keep a poor person from advancing in that job.
No one but themselves and their friends keep a poor person from getting advanced education.
No one but themselves and their friends keep a poor person from getting started in the career for which that education prepares them.

If I have decoded her blathering correctly, I think she's trying to say that San Diego attempts to deal with its Negro Problem by mandating a high cost of living.
Which is sort of an odd thing to say, considering that LA, San Francisco, Chicago, Brooklyn, and Philly are comparable to SD in black incomes, yet have far more black people.
This may be one of those instances in which Nads is wrong.

There must be a secret to being the first person to discover what everyone else has known for generations.

Hmmm.
It looks like the cousin's black brothers are ignoring her. Maybe they don't want the white chick hanging around with them.

The OP is an incredible, masterful bowl of word salad.
I'll bet if one were to check, the nutcase has edited it at least three times.
She's a perfectionist, a stickler for getting the nuance just right.
