I've been moleing DU since 2003. I've never ever met this guy. I wonder if he isn't ione of the party hacks who suddenly appear with thousands of posts already under their belt. You tend to see this type around elections...but not afterwards. If I'm right, he is a cat herder to enforce party loyalty.

All you fools supporting Sanders were probably supporting Nader in 2000
How'd that turn out for the country? If Nader doesn't siphon away votes from Gore, Gore wins Florida and the Presidency. Millions of lives, trillions of dollars down the drain, hundreds of extreme right wing judges appointed and the extreme left hasn't learned a damn thing since then.
Hillary Clinton is the only Democrat that can win in 2016. We are better off rallying around her early.

This is a HUGE thread! It is followed by a lot of rebellion and denial that Nader lost the vote for Gore. They stick to their talking points like glue.
Then there is this heretical post that actually STANDS

235. You are correct in your first point but wrong in the second.
Newspapers' recount shows Bush prevailed
George W. Bush would have won a hand count of Florida's disputed ballots if the standard advocated by Al Gore had been used, the first full study of the ballots reveals. Bush would have won by 1,665 votes — more than triple his official 537-vote margin — if every dimple, hanging chad and mark on the ballots had been counted as votes, a USA TODAY/Miami Herald/Knight Ridder study shows. The study is the first comprehensive review of the 61,195 "undervote" ballots that were at the center of Florida's disputed presidential election.

Study of Disputed Florida Ballots Finds Justices Did Not Cast the Deciding Vote
A comprehensive review of the uncounted Florida ballots from last year's presidential election reveals that George W. Bush would have won even if the United States Supreme Court had allowed the statewide manual recount of the votes that the Florida Supreme Court had ordered to go forward.

The Florida Recount of 2000
According to a massive months-long study commissioned by eight news organizations in 2001, George W. Bush probably still would have won even if the U.S. Supreme Court had allowed a limited statewide recount to go forward as ordered by Florida’s highest court.
Bush also probably would have won had the state conducted the limited recount of only four heavily Democratic counties that Al Gore asked for, the study found.

There is no meltdown on DU because of this post (Because they know it is true). Just more denial.
What is amazing is the Hillary types can so freely express themselves. Had I posted that 2nd post I would have been banned!
What I find interesting is in spite of the bully boy tactics, Hillary is losing badly to Bernie in this thread. With a real live socialist to support, DU is lost to Hillary.
I think our moles should support Hillary so our bad behavior will go unpunished.

HILLARY 2016.....damn, I knew she was old but.....must be a vampire or something.

Nader had his nadir.
I am hoping that Hitlery already has as well.

I think both work, BSS. Running for POTUS would be his zenith, and (according to the narrative believed by Progs) diverting enough votes in FL from AlGore to elect G.W. Bush would be Nader's nadir. Almost one and the same event.
Hopefully it will prove similar for The Chill - running being her zenith, Election Day being her nadir. Assuming the Rs don't run The Chill-Lite.

Hopefully, there will be enough discontent with The Old Guard in the primaries to allow for someone along the lines of Scott Walker or Marco Rubio to win them. I'd vastly prefer Walker, but I'd take Rubio over Bush. There's enough discontent with HilLIARy to cause the moderates to go to a young, charismatic Republican--or one who has beaten Big Government three times in four years.

Then there is this heretical post that actually STANDSThere is no meltdown on DU because of this post (Because they know it is true). Just more denial.
The reason it actually stands is that it supports the party line that Gore lost because of Nader. Their thinking is not that it didn't matter because Bush would have won anyway, but that the Green Party being on the ballot cut down the DemonRat turnout. The fact that Bush won the popular vote doesn't signify to them, since their belief is that Gore would have won the popular and electoral vote but for Nader.
It's an imponderable, of course, and no way to know whither the truth of the matter is. There were other parties on the ballot besides the Greens, on both ends of the spectrum, so no doubt Bush and Gore both lost some votes to them as well, and the Cubans were still pissed over Elian, a special circumstance for that particular state, with small-l libertarians who might have voted for Gore otherwise also being wary of the widespread abuses of the Clinton/Gore administration's DOJ. The Green voters were very unlikely to vote for Bush, but it's very far from a closed case that they would have voted for manbearpig. Since there is no way to prove what the outcome would have been, you can count on the ignorant and stupid DUmmies having unshakable religious beliefs on the subject that no amount of actual historical analysis can shake.

I certainly would like for this campaign by Hitlery to be the nadir of her career.
Libs are depraved, but there's always room for deprovement.
Hitlery has hit her nadir of her career...to date.
