Louping Ill Virus is a tick born encephalitis. It is mainly a sheep disease. It can also infect ptarmigans and grouses, which is very deadly for them like Ebola is to humans. Hares are responsible for maintaining the tick population and they contribute to spreading the virus to ptarmigans. It can also infect humans. So, hares and rabbits are indeed killing ptarmigans with diseases. Their goal is to infect humans with deadly viruses to wipe out humans. It proves rabbits and hares are planning to destroy humanity.
