Right now DUmmies MannyGoldstein and WillyT know about Skinner's betrayal. There are sure to be a lot more DUmmies aware of it. Therefore the FIRST DUmmie to made the accusation directly at Skinner will be the winner of the DUmmie Profile in Courage award.

It is quite a circle of back and forth payments by the looks of things and likely been going on for all of the DUmps existence.
