Paul Krugman nails it: Why we're on DEMOCRATIC Underground
Great column today (as usual), Paul points out the (very) stark differences between the Democrats and Republicans, and reminds us of just how high the stakes are. I like this statement near the end (but you must read the whole thing): ". . . the differences between the parties are so clear and dramatic that it’s hard to see how anyone who has been paying attention could be undecided even now, or be induced to change his or her mind between now and the election."

He may have "nailed" it, but what that blind Liberal partisan thinks is exactly the opposite. That would of course assume that Republicans nominate someone all or most conservatives will wholeheartedly rally around.

Krugman is more proof that a Nobel prize is nothing more then a leftist participation trophy.

It used to represent the peak of human achievement.
Now you don't even have to achieve.

That deserves a double HI-5 (I'll wait an hour to complete :-))

Or be human.

DU being too extreme for many democrats, does being a regular member (puns intended) there constitute self-quarantining?

Oh wait...he's serious?!?
I always thought it was just a play on words. You know, sort of like calling a big guy Tiny. If a bunch of totalitarian communists really do believe they fit the name "democratic" then someone must not be fictionally spirit-guiding them properly. Either that or they're just a bunch of delusional, brain-damaged idiots.

I always assumed the the fictional spirit guide assigned to DU REALLY enjoys irony.
