Post by: mrclose on March 17, 2015, 06:06:43 PM
Yaaaaaa!!

Sorry leftist, Netanyahu has been declared the winner almost everywhere except the USA media.

Quote
Prime Minister, Binyamin Netanyahu, called Jewish Home Chairman, Naftali Bennett, on Tuesday night. Bennett congratulated the PM on his victory.

The two agreed to begin talks on establishing a nationalistic government and to act cooperatively on behalf of the security of the State of Israel and nation of Israel.

Boehner needs to invite Bibi back for another speech just to rub Obama's upturned nose in it.

PM @Netanyahu doesn't mention Iran in victory speech, @LeviYonit points out. There's a first for everything. (Sorry @khamenei_ir.)

Kahlon calls elections "historic," says they were the first social elections since 1977 (When Likud first won).

After trying to manipulate the Israeli election, Obama IS a Jewish joke! Not a very good one, though.

I work till 8 at night. I breathed a sigh of relief when I saw this on Drudge.

To get a majority, the liberals would have to make the arabs part of the govt coalition.  I cannot imagine the suicidal concessions the liberals were prepared to make for that hellish tryst.

I will sleep well tonight. Sanity prevailed for the moment.

Think about the cock eyed "deal" obama is trying to peddle with Iran and you might get an idea of the concessions the liberals were considering.

It's a good day for the good guys.

Likud = 30 seats (conservative coalition)
Zionist Union = 24 seats (center-left)
Joint (Arab) List = 14 seats (radical Islamist and leftists)
Yesh Atid = 11 seats (secular middle)
Kulanu = 10 seats (economics focus, conservative coalition)
Jewish Home = 8 seats (religious focus, conservative coalition)
Shas = 7 seats (ultra-orthodox religious, conservative coalition)
United Torah Judaism = 6 seats (ultra-orthodox religious, conservative coalition)
Yisrael Beytenu = 6 seats (secular right wing Russian-speaking nationalists, conservative coalition)
Meretz = 4 seats (very left wing)

Conservative coalition has 68 of 120 seats.

Funny thing now is all the inside the Beltway pundits and the leftists are telling Netanyahu, after all their failed predictions and poor analysis, what he now “must do.” :rotf:

Just like they expect the GOP to kowtow to Obama after winning big in the last election.

I can see how Obummer supported the other party. I read about how they kept talking about their hope and change. Birds of a feather.

Obummer is such a loser. Good for Bibi, a real man.

The TEA Party helped the gop take control and the gop turns around and treats them like the dems treat black people.

The only good thing about seeing the RINOs stab us is we know it happened and how to turn the knife back on them. I don't know if the Tea Party is viable as a third party, but either we co-opt the Republicans or we slide further down into socialism.

I don't know if a third party is viable except to start out at the local and state level and work up from there.
