Breaking now.
FERGUSON, MO (KTVI)- St. Louis County Police have confirmed to FOX 2 that the suspected shooter of two police officers early Thursday morning outside of the Ferguson police department is in custody.
The two officers were shot just after midnight, as many protestors were headed home following a night of protests after the resignation of the city’s police chief.
One of the wounded officers is from Webster Groves Police and was shot in the cheek, just under his right eye. The other wounded officer is with the St. Louis County Police and was hit in the shoulder and the bullet came out the middle of his back. Both men were treated and released.
This is a developing story.

Just watched the press conference. Interesting that literally the last question asked, almost as an afterthought, was what is the race of the perp. I expect that racist reporter will be fired asap.

Police arrest Missouri man, 20, in shooting of two officers in Ferguson
http://www.foxnews.com/us/2015/03/15/st-louis-county-officials-announce-arrest-in-shooting-police-officers-in/
A 20-year-old Missouri man has been arrested in the shooting of two St. Louis County police officers Thursday, county officials announced Sunday.
Jeffrey Williams was arrested Saturday night and is charged with two counts of assault in the first degree, three counts of armed criminal action and firing a weapon from a vehicle, St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney Robert McCulloch said during the afternoon press conference.
Williams, who McCulloch said has attended several demonstrations in Ferguson, Mo., has told police that he fired shots at someone he had a dispute with, and hit the officers, who Williams alleges were not his intended target.
It is 20 year old Jeffrey Williams. He claims that he shot at a person who he had a dispute with. That makes no sense during a rally.

Well, IF the first story is correct .. The guy was shooting from an automobile.
If you watch the CNN video, the video where the reporter before the shots were fired, that reporter was telling everyone that all protesters had been moved off of the hill.
Moved across the street and that only cops were in front of the police station.
There were no protesters between the street and the station!
Of course, the story keeps 'evolving' so before it is over .. the guy could have been sitting at home, in his comfortable lounge chair, cleaning his weapon when it accidentally discharged!

Of course, there are people tweeting that they never saw this fellow at the protests....like that is proof enough that he wasn't one of them.

They want us to believe that only good honest hard working citizens are protesting against the cops.
