It is sad in a way. I really enjoyed the work but over the last few years it has become increasingly difficult to do the right thing for the customers. It is not a lack of will but the PTB taking away any power that we had to give good customer service. They talk the talk but they don't walk the walk.

I will be CWA in my heart for life but here's the logo of my new union:

I'm thinking the DUmmie got fired or is going on the dole.

Holy smokes look at how busy the big guy from Omaha is in that forum, it's kind of sad that the majority of his posts have no replies.
