ORLANDO, Fla. - A naked woman was arrested in Orlando on allegations of jumping on top of a car and stopping traffic, causing damage to the vehicle.

Amie Carter, 36, of Casselberry, was arrested Sunday on charges of exposure of sex organs and criminal mischief.

According to Orlando police, a man and his wife were driving on Formosa Avenue near Par Street when traffic came to a halt.  The couple said they then spotted a naked woman, later identified as Carter, coming toward their Lexus.
