I asked her about that at DU Jr. She just said she's on the internet a lot. Duh. At least she was honest.

Actually, it's very easy to be the first to reply to a new primitive thread over there.

I'm sure that both CaliforniaPeggy and Skippy just hang around the "latest threads" page on Skins's island, as threads show up there immediately as they're posted.
