A dozen pizzas isn't a large order, you old fool:

I torpedoed a LARGE Papa John's pizza order.
Long story short...I'm on the board of an organization.
We will order a dozen pizzas for a function.
Someone said "How about Papa John's?"
I said "Domino's is closer. We'll get them faster and hotter. I think they give a discount to non-profits."
So we will order from Domino's.
Disclaimer: I have no idea if Domino's is closer or if they give a discount.
But it won't be the Obama hating Papa John.

23. I haven't done Pizza Hut since they hired Rush Limbaugh as a spokesperson
that was back when Bill Clinton was elected.
I hold grudges for a long long time.
as well as body fat.

So the DUmmie would rather eat a gross sub par tasting pizza from Dominoes than one from Papa John's?
On a side note, Papa John's pays their workers and drivers more than Domino's does.

so you lied in order to advance your personal vendetta against a company you perceive is evil and used your position as a board member to attain this.
Well done phuckhuts.

Ain't that the truth. Dominoes is like eating oily cardboard.
Papa John took very good notes on how NOT to run a Pizza place when he was with Pizza Hut.

I prefer Papa John's over any fast food pizza, but would rather have homemade.
ETA: Another reason to support Papa John's. Recently a delivery driver shot and killed a would be robber, and they are keeping their job.
-
Papa John's is the only pizza I can tolerate. Only problem is they did away with "white pizzas". Don't know why......hope it wasn't political. :whistling: :-)
Red sauce has a grudge against my stomach. :argh:

Is this the primitive that eats 4 stacked slices at a time and has a specialty pie named in her honor (The Full Bus) at the local pizza place?
-
So this dimbulb went for the company that is strongly pro-catholic and pro-life rather than the one that made the more recent statements he didn't like? Boy, that memory span sure is impressive.
-
The only pizza places we have here are Pizza Hut, Papa John's, and Little Caesers.
LC is good when you have a craving for a pizza and just drop in for a hot and ready special
PH is over-priced (IMO), and their crust has a funny taste to it to me.
PJ is the best of the bunch (again, IMO), and they will add extra japanos when you ask for them.
-
Stupid question time ... what do the DU-folk have against Papa John's? And have they really/already "forgiven" Dominos for its founder being Pro-Life?
-
Domino's pizza is terrible. Too oily. It is run by Catholics.
-

Dummies have short memories of who they hate/like.

<Archie Bunker voice> So would you rather have pizza made by Jews, Meathead?

The founder and owner came out and said that prices would have to increase because of ObamaCare and he did it early on before lots of companies started complaining about it.
-

That's the best part of this bouncy. The owner of Dominos gives lots of money to pro-life groups.
On a side note, I prefer Dominos over Papa Johns.

Yeah. That's what got me. Apparently the primitive isn't aware who owns Domino's.
-
What a stupid *oh look at and applaud me* idiocy.
It is like having a special ed class feuding with you.

I had to clearly state to my sister on my last visit there...
...to get pizza from a LOCAL place. Not Pizza Hut, Domino's, and certainly not Papa Greaseba...excuse me, I meant Papa John's. Leaving Papa John's politics aside for a moment his pizzas are greasy cardboard wheels that do a number on my stomach every time I eat them.
When I'm down there I've made my dining preferences pretty clear - if we're going out to eat or even ordering delivery I want some local non chain place.
^^^^^^^^^^
Has not been invited back since then.
I'm sure the sister doesn't miss the demanding little twit.
Idiot is also lying about PJ being greasy cardboard. I order from them once a week, and find them far better than others.
I also managed to copy/paste most of the liars, lie. :yahoo:

There is almost zero excess grease on a thin crust from PJ's .

Leaving Papa John's politics aside for a moment...
You have done nothing of the sort and sound like a miserable asshole most decent people wouldn't spend five minutes with.

1. That was an excellent move, my dear DainBramaged!
Both of these DUmmy pinheads remind me of the other wallduded DUmmy in Illinois who bragged about only allowing lefty acts to appear at the community theater.
It would be nice if someone could identify DUmmy trof's "board" so they could get copies of his DUmp posts.

Puts them in a dilemma.

The only pizza delivery we have anywhere near us is Dominos; therefore, we do not eat pizza unless it's home made. You couldn't pay me to eat anything from Dominos since the employee-farting-on-pizza incident.
-
Oh noes! :panic: Liberal Poker time again. What trumps what (today?) Pro-Life or Obamacare criticism?
Trof, you may be in big shit with the Ku Klux Klams.

11. Every little bit helps!
I'd love to see them go out of business.
What a shithead you are. :bird: People work there.
I use a local joint for my pizza; it's just excellent and the salads are best in town. NNY just makes good pizza. When I moved to CT I could not find anything good at all.

ZERO BONGS.
Secondly 47of74 is lying as a DUchebag never pays for a dinner and therefore would have no say.
47of74: " I want a local pizza!!!"
Decent, Civilized, and Paying Person: "You get what you get and like it."

Liberal Poker. Haah, that's a good one.
trof ordered a dozen pizzas but a half dozen were just for him/her/it.
Odds are trof didn't ante up either.

You're lying out your ass. Demanding certain take-out/delivery would last less than one time and then, hit the bricks, bitch. :bird:
Civilized humans express their preference, then go with the agreed upon.

I like New Haven pizza.

Given a choice I prefer a local place rather than a chain. The crusts and sauces taste better from a local place IMO.

I think this DUmmie has Aspergers. Being all demanding like that is a tell.

I'm recovering from liking Round Table (done well, it's pretty good, but locations near me are pretty inconsistent; and the sauce does tend toward bitter). A local place with several locations here in Silicon Valley, Patxi's Pizza, is helping me with the recovery process. Their sauce is tasty, and they don't equate quality with having a TON of cheese.
I avoid Ben & Jerry's and Progressive Insurance because they are so political, but I won't make an obnoxoid of myself over it.
-
I love Papa John's...just ordered a large pepperoni pizza for supper last night.

My best guess is the "Ancient Aviators of South Alabama": http://www.gulftel.com/calendar/

I much prefer Papa John, Pizza Hut, Papa Murphy, or Jet's.
Always thought Domino's was sickeningly sweet, but haven't had them since they changed recipes.
I think DiGiorno's frozen pizzas are amazingly good for a frozen product.
I avoid non-chain pizza because it's hit-or-miss.
With the big guys I know exactly what I'll get, and know that I like it.
Of course, I also like to have the pizza with domestic beer.
-
I just ordered two large PJ pizzas.
ESAD, DUmpukes.
-
Krogers frozen pizza is really good, getting it for less than a hot and ready makes it even better.
-

That's what we did for supper tonight. Leftovers for lunch tomorrow.
My favorite frozen pizza is Butch's Pizza but I think it's fairly local to Illinois. It started out being a brand that was sold in bars before making it to grocery stores.

I ordered a delivery from a local place a couple weeks ago. They have a reputation for great pizza, it turned out to be awful. Oh well, live & learn I guess. Not going to make a federal case out of it.

We have one local family store that delivers, but they are across town, and the pizza stands a good chance of being lukewarm at best. Their pizza is good, though.
Papa John's and that place are the only ones that will deliver to our address.

We get Digiorno's. We call it "Dee...livery".

DiGiorno is tolerable for the price. I've never been to Papa Murphy's but have heard good things about it.

I didn't know Papa Murphy's existed outside of Illinois. Do they? I haven't had them in a very long time.
-
They opened one over here a year ago. They've been advertising on the radio for a couple of years.
There are a couple of local places (Sal's and Joey's) that I'd like to try.

papa murphy's existence is just for the purpose of collecting foodstamps.

I never heard of Papa Murphy's but ;
Wylie wants sales-tax exemption for Papa Murphy's
Papa Murphy's Take 'N' Bake Pizza company operates in 38 states, each one with varying policies over whether the company is required to collect sales tax. The pizza company, based in Vancouver, has 11 stores in Clark County and nearly 200 in the state of Washington.

Who knew ?
.
-
The only irritating thing about Papa Murphy's is that their prices are secret.
No prices on their online menu, and no prices posted in their stores.
They keep it quiet because they're a little more expensive than competitors.
Still, they're good, and I buy them because they're in an area of lighter traffic if it's near rush hour.
