Sounds as much like like Marxism-Leninism in either the Russian or Chinese iterations of it, as it does Fascism. They're signs of any totalitarian system, left or right, from revolutionary France's Committee of Public Safety to the most despotic monarchy. None of those things are the essence of Fascism, they are just symptoms that are common across all totalitarian systems (Albeit with worship of either the State or the Leader substituting for the role of religion in some of them).

Fascists love to demonize the enemy. It is so much easier to kill or imprison them later.
Liberals = Fascists.

Nationalism - since 0bama has been president, only people like those at DU have felt nationalist pride.
Disdain for human rights - the only people in this society who don't have the sam rights as everyone else are white males.
Identification of enemies/scapegoats - can you say Israel? I knew you could.
Supremacy of the military - not since the boy king took the reins
Rampant sexism - well this one might be true considering all your efforts to make white males second class citizens
Obsession with national security - Like letting Gitmo prisoners loose to go back on the battle field...like the guy who's now an ISIS representative in Afghanistan?
Religion and government are intertwined - there are a lot of members of the Muslim Brotherhood in the 0bama administration
Corporate power is protected - GE, Sony, Solyndra...
Labor power is supressed - You mean like how the average private sector worker are slaves to government workers because they have to pay them higher salaries than they earn and pay for benefit packages they can only dream of?
Disdain for intellectuals and the arts - Yeah cuz "intellectuals" who are "counting on the stupidity of the Amercan people", professors cry racism, sexism and whatever other ism is currently in vogue, elites who make absolutely ridiculous rules forbidding students to write about anything with pork in it? Why we should be bowing down and worshipping them!
Obsession with crime and punishment - like the IRS obsessing over conservative nonprofits or the constant call for Israel to just roll over and let the Islamist wipe them off the earth?
Rampant cronyism & corruption - Again, GE, Sony, Solyndra, etc.
Fraudulent elections - 0bama winning a second term in spite of blatant examples of 0bama violating election laws and the media protecting him like he was a premature baby in an incubator?

This idiocy is nothing new,it is from an article written in 2004 by a Lawrence W Britt and is little more then a whining diatribe ascribing any non lockstep acceptance of American leftism is by default fascism.
It is intellectually vacant and boring and published by an organization that one could easily say is based on the foundation block of Marxism.
