Title: Who asked Santa for a naked woman for Christmas?

On top of that, the dad had a restraining order against the mother, IIRC.

You would think so from the way he said it, but since he isn't a lawyer himself, he could have just been talking based on a custody agreement or order rather than an actual, enforceable restraining order.
