Famed attorney Alan Dershowitz fights accusations of sexual assault
Unlike other celebrities and politicians who have allowed sexual assault accusations to ruin their careers, attorney Alan Dershowitz is fighting back early — and hard.
Dershowitz, a Harvard Law professor and outspoken critic of how colleges have been handling sexual assault, was accused of having sex with an underage girl by a former witness against billionaire investor Jeffrey Epstein.
Dershowitz categorically denied the allegation, calling it “totally, unequivocally and completely false.â€
The woman, identified in court papers as Jane Doe #3, made the allegations last Tuesday against Dershowitz and several prominent Europeans — including Britain’s Prince Andrew.

Yes, because despite all their pretensions of sexual equality and liberated thinking, Democrats and many other related house-apes incapable of critical thinking regard the mere accusation as proof, relying on the impossibility of proving a negative and the very unliberated view of all women as victims instead of voluntary actors.
And of course sometimes there was some sort of entirely-consensual relationship, but they can turn on a dime to suddenly re-characterize what actually did occur in the distant past as an instance of harassment or assault, because circumstances have made an altered and rewritten past valuable to them as a tool to silence or 'de-legitimize' a critic.

While that is most certainly true, the hope of a big payday at Cosby's expense is probably also a big motivator.

It fits a pattern of the Progressives and this Administration for finding ways to extract revenge on what would appear to be untouchable people or organizations who disagree with them. Sexual assault claims against Dershowitz and Cosby. All kinds of negative stories and investigations of Apple. It's not Vince Foster in Rock Creek Park...but the effect is the same.

These unsubstantiated claims are made, then the victim of those claims retreats back to virtual obscurity like Herman Cain and then the accusations suddenly vanish from the media.
I seem to remember that bitch Gloria Allred claiming to have a long list of women assaulted by Herman Cain, but apparently they became unimportant when he left the campaign trail.
