From what I read, the prosecutors tampered with evidence. The handgun the woman had was not in operable condition until after the investigators fixed it.

correct. And yet the leftist prosecutor has the audacity of charging the McCloskeys for the same crime -- evidence tampering.

Circuit Judge Thomas Clark II said Gardner's emails "raise the appearance of impropriety and jeopardize the defendant's right to a fair trial," according to The Associated Press.

Patricia McCloskey is scheduled to appear before a different judge on Jan. 15.
