How many decimal places do you want?

(I usually find 3.1415926 is more than adequate for my needs most of the time.) :II:

I usually notate it 22/7 and leave all that decimal crap to somebody who actually needs to give a shit about pi!  :rotf:

No pi, just tarts.

Pecan and Mincemeat with B&B added.

Math is not my friend but I do know what pi is . If I do, most people should.  :whatever:

One would think, but having spent the last 10 years tutoring remedial math at the local college, they DON'T!  I am absolutely shocked at the number of people graduating high school without even knowing basic math (i.e. multiplication tables).

You can pick tarts up on some street corners for as little as $7.50, according to Big Jeff

That's as far as I memorized it out.  However, there is THIS:

Can we really put a value on pi?  It would be hard to measure the diameter of crop circles without pi.

No, my friends, there’s only one really progressive idea. And that is the idea of legally limiting the power of the government. That one genuinely liberal, genuinely progressive idea — the Why in 1776, the How in 1787 — is what needs to be conserved. We need to conserve that fundamentally liberal idea. That is why we are conservatives. --Bill Whittle

Say "quarter to 3" sometime to a kid and they will look at you with a puzzled look and a "huh?" Have to say 2:45 for them to know what time you are referring.
Just hand over the chocolate...back away slowly...far away....and you won't get hurt....

Save the Earth... it's the only planet with chocolate.

A balanced diet is chocolate in both hands.

I learned that when I was seven and showed up late for dinner.  I heard 'quarter' and thought 25 and not 15.

I got yelled at.
