Firefox is suddenly losing my cookies
« on: September 08, 2009, 11:20:41 PM »
It shouldn't be.  I haven't changed any settings to make that happen.  It just does it on its own.  Anyone have any ideas why?

The last update has major bugs.  I lost all my bookmarks.  Have you checked the Mozilla site for bug reports?

edit to add that I lost the ability to cut & paste with the last upgrade as well.  Got it all fixed, but it was a pain.

Looks like a couple other people are having the same problem, but no solutions have been provided yet.

The nefarious cookie monster stikes again.

You might want to check the settings to make sure it doesn't delete cookies when you close Firefox.

I hate it when a comp pukes.......
“The national budget must be balanced. The public debt must be reduced; the arrogance of the authorities must be moderated and controlled. Payments to foreign governments must be reduced, if the nation doesn't want to go bankrupt. People must again learn to work, instead of living on public assistance.”
