So how is the chat supposed to work?

I think you can click on someone's name that shows up there and send them a message?

It's not like the shoutbox where you talk to everyone who is connected. You can click the names and have private, one on one conversations that others can't see.. well, except maybe miskie and whoever else admins stuff around here. Kinda like real-time PM
For instance, you could click on Franks name and say something like "Let's go TP FunyZero's house" and I'd never know about it
