The delay in Bragg's DjT case

Could it be (hoping against all odds) that the decision about DjT in Bragg's court has already been made... and Bragg is now delaying and holding his announcement about indictment until he deems it most effective -and to put in perspective and coincide with the other more consequential cases?.

1. What about Willis' case?

That indictment was imminent, until it wasn't. I hope something is happening behind the scenes.

14. A lot of the legal experts on MSNBC were saying May or even June at the earliest

for a Willis indictment.

We are down to only 8 months before we are within the 60 day window of the first Rethug primary votes.

I have to laugh (bitterly though) when I see some (not speaking of you at all about, Mad!) on here talking about Trump's campaign being done as he will be convicted and locked away in a jail cell soon. SMDH

It will take years, if ever, to get to that point.

16. The chances of him being incarcerated are zero. He will face fines, and possibly house arrest on the DOJ cases. I agree that there are benefits to being realistic.

6. The justice system doesn't seem to care about protecting the public from Trump.

Or those involved in prosecuting Trump.

Trump is allowed to make threats against them every day with no consequences.
Allowed to incite riots and violence, etc.

No one is stopping him.

3. Americans are either the dimmest lightbulbs or the biggest suckers around?

We are not smart enough to understand the highly nuanced 3D chess game going on.

Or we have been sold a load of hogwash and believe it.

4. Or it could be simple scheduling issues.

A former New York prosecutor on MSNBC last night suggested that it could be simply that this is school vacation week, and several jurors needed to stay home with their kids. That was speculation on his part, but the upshot is that we simply don't know, and it could be some simple reason like that that has no implication for Bragg's decision-making. We may never know why.

9. Did someone get to jurors?

That's my worry, a secret grand jury isn't secret from an arch criminal like Trump.

19. Costello being called in last week to dump on Michael Cohen was a nice touch...

the most prominent witness against trump, and who had been recalled many times to testify, the DA suddenly gets someone in to call him a big, fat liar and cast doubt on all Cohen's testimony.

My, my. Isn't that convenient.

20. Let's not forget, garland and the doj work for us. We pay the bills.

He owes 340 million people some explanation from time to time. Regardless of the apologists.
We aren't a bunch of children, and real damage is happening while we wait.
We shouldn't have to guess after 26 months. We've been patient.
One russian asset is more important than over 300 million of us? Really?

It is Wednesday the week after Trump Frog March Tuesday.  Last Thursday bragg said he was not doing anything on the case that day.

It has been silence since then.

Someone somewhere somehow informed bragg he was in VERY deep waters and moving forward would drown him.  Legally, in federal court where chances are good Trump selected the judges.

Lucy once again pulls the football from Charley Brown's kick.

This is done.  Even the media and talking heads stopped even mentioning it.

And yet, not a thing is happening. No MAGA riots. No assassinations. None of that. Just angry words, and a white substance sent to Bragg ( to date, I have not heard any follow-up on what it actually was).

Yep the only thing to have happened is mentally ill tranny murdered 3 children and 3 senior citizens. Pretty sure the mentally ill tranny was not a Trump voter. In fact, the exact opposite because.... it was a murderous mentally ill tranny.

I often wonder what kind of SCJ Garland would have worked out to be. Would he have dug his heels in on issues? Would he have been nothing more then a pushover with a good stiff breeze?

Its pretty clear that the DUmp is about ready to throw him overboard. Yet they are hesitant to actually say it.

Bungles nominated garland to be a justice mirroring the leftist-agenda-rubberstamp AG he is now.

That was the point of it.
