Title: Upgrades completed.
Post by: miskie on May 18, 2014, 03:07:05 PM
Okay - Ive upgraded the bejeebus out of the forum, its now current, and the database fully sanitized for your protection. One of the casualties are the old forum themes, which aren't compatible with the new release - however, there are many proper themes out there to be installed - so, everyone will soon be able to pick from a selection as before.

Another casualty are all the board modifications - again, there are many compatible versions available to be installed.

In short -

Good news - Current, fast and fully patched up.

Bad news - not as pretty.... Yet.

This cracks me up.

When I take a look at "users online" (something regular members can do too), I see that GOBUCKS is "smiting a member."

I take that to mean administering a "bitch-slap"?

That must be one of the upgrades. :)

Well, that's it for me for the night.

Forum is upgraded, three themes installed, and probably about 40% of the past additional features have either been reinstalled, upgraded and installed, or replaced with suitable candidates.

Included in those features is Tapatalk, (once the tapatalk server part is addressed, that functionality will return) and the Forum's "front page" ( Only needs to be configured and enabled )

Brain=mush.

To continue in miskie's stead, I have installed a bunch of themes. All of them are compatible with SMF 2.07.
