SC Justice Kennedy to retire this summer, is the rumor.
If true, because people had to HOLD THEIR NOSES and whine like LITTLE ASSHOLES it will no longer be a woman's body, it will be THE GOP'S body to decide what women can do with it.

7. It's hard not to feel like this would be the nail in the coffin.
Everyday I wake up & hope that I'm back in the real world & not this alternate reality TV circus. But alas, here I am. ****.
I do so hope this is true, just because it would drive DU over the edge. A couple of others have outlived their sell-by dates, including Ginsburg, but I'm pretty sure she was replaced long ago by a Disney animatronic SC justice.
It would be pretty cool if we got two or maybe even three R-appointed justices . . .
