I have been a franksolich fan since my early FR lurking days...Frank, do you still post over there? They are annoying the hell out of me so far in the primary season. If you don't worship at the Hunter/Thompson alter, they jump all over you.

Of course I read freerepublic religiously, every day, but post only rarely.

freerepubic is an excellent site, but man, it's like going to the Library of Congress when all one needs is to look something up in an encyclopedia, or going to a Wal-Mart superstore when all one needs is a gallon of milk.

In case one didn't know this, there were some days during May and June of 2005, that the DUmmie FUnnies got more "hits," more traffic, than all of Skins's island all put together--and since the DUmmie FUnnies are just a minuscule part of freerepublic, that gives one an idea of how large freerepublic really is.
