Many of the posters in that thread mentioned apes and humans share some great amount of DNA, and inasmuch as they were all quite fond of calling the former President "chimp", one wonders why their panties become so wadded if they see a photo of the current President photo shopped with a banana?

All mammals have some genetic traits in common. That's because they're all MAMMALS. Same for every other species group. That doesn't mean we're apes. Of course, in the DUmmie's case, many of them are whales.
