New York City Voters Reject Spitzer, Weiner

Thank goodness. 

On a side note, Uma, Weiner's wife, was noticeably absent when Weiner went to vote and when he gave his concession speech.

She was off on a fund raiser for Hillary in DC.   I smell a divorce in Weiner's future.

I don't think Islam allows for divorce. Especially if the woman is the initiator of the divorce. Well guess she is stuck with the screwball.

You're right and wrong.  Islam makes divorce extremely easy for the husband.  Just say "I divorce thee, I divorce thee, I divorce thee."  and that's it.  I don't think women can do that, though.

Dori, I think divorce is in the air, too. 

Thank God enough NYers came to their senses enough to do the halfway decent thing.  What an embarrassment that would have been!  I was scared so many lunatic idiots would go to the ballot box and just vote name recognition.  I can happily spend the rest of my life never seeing or hearing from AW ever again.  I particularly hated the way he'd fold his lips inward together.  It's very strange.

Weiner and Spitzer are just two examples of the stupidity that infects NYC politicians these days. Charlie Rangel and Jose Serrano are two more of NYC's 15 congressmen that should be exposed for the shitbirds they are.
