I'm trying to encourage as many people as possible to join me in fasting and prayer to prevent socialism. Not a starvation fast, but just something to sacrifice for 6 months to a year, like coffee, a certain TV show, carbonated drinks, or something like that. Every time we have the desire to do what we are fasting, it should be a reminder to say a prayer to God about protecting our country from socialism.

Prayer and fasting is the most powerful thing we can do, and God doesn't need a majority. Gideon, David, Joshua, etc. defeated huge armies with only small ones. We can do the same!

Faith the size of a mustard seed can move mighty mountains! I've heard about what's going on in Africa right now and God is doing incredible things. Just a couple of examples - A Muslim's deformed leg was visibly restored and reattached in front of a Christian church, and a corpse was raised from the dead in a Muslim funeral - both events led to mass conversions of Muslims to Jesus Christ. Prayer is powerful, and God is powerful. If He can raise the dead, and do all the other countless miracles He is doing all over Africa, He can handle this!

Well, that's sort of my attitude.

I'm giving up cigarettes March 31.

I don't want to support 0bumble's social programs with paying taxes I don't have to pay.

  Good luck to you on quitting.. I did 2 years ago this month. I'm saving a $100 a week..

I have been reliable informed by the local expert in fries (my daughter) that Mom's home fries beat everyone.   :-) :-)
