I never understood how they achieve a sex change.  How do they get all those extra X chromosomes out and get all those Y chromosomes in?

I'm guessing that a person with those type and severity of mental problems will never be happy for long.

Chaz looked happier as a female.  Look how it ballooned up during the sex change metamorphosis.  He can't be happy.  I think this is a case of self-loathing taken to the extreme.

No amount of physical modification, short of a lobotomy, will make her happy. I am surprised to read that Cher had a problem with it.
